Q. Why do some recorded IM conversation display only one part of the conversation.

A. Actually, both sides of the conversation were recorded but the font color selection used by the IM program hides the text. To display the conversation, click Remove Color from the menu of the Log Viewer. The IM conversation is instantly converted to black and white so all parts of the conversation can be displayed.

Q. I bought an earlier version and see that an update is available. How much does it cost to get the most recent version?

A. Update Policy: Software version upgrades are FREE for purchasers of IMSurfSentinel. In other words, you pay only once for this software during your life time. All software version upgrades are FREE.
